Jetco Preferred Customer L.E.D. Warranty

Jetco Heavy Duty Lighting ("Jetco") extends a limited warranty to the original purchaser only, for two years from the date of sale by Jetco, that the Jetco LED lamp is free from defects in workmanship and/or materials under normal use and service. If the lamp fails due to such defect, Jetco shall, at its option, repair or replace the product without charge upon return of the defective product to Jetco, provided any defect in product is brought to the attention of Jetco within the warranty period. Jetco is not responsible for any other damage, consequential or otherwise.

The above limited warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, misuse or alteration of the lamp or if the product is not installed, operated and maintained properly. Accordingly, electrical connections must be maintained and cleaned on a regular basis to prevent corrosion of wiring and metal connections.

It is recommended that the connections be clean and free from moisture, oxidation, debris, road salt and/or chemicals. Greasing with an electrical sealant or anti-corrosion compound regularly will prolong the life of the lamp and its connections. Any modifications made to the connectors or wiring of the lamp or a failure to maintain the lamp as set out above shall render the warranty void.

LED lamp rating of 100,000 hours is not a warranty but is based on the estimated life of the LED diodes and the electronic circuit board in the lamp under ideal conditions. The rating is based on an average life expectancy where, under normal operating conditions, at least 50% of the LED diodes in the initially installed lamps are expected to still be operating.

Any product returned under warranty must be accompanied with a copy of the invoice under which it was purchased in order to be processed, and a return authorization must be obtained.

Jetco Preferred Customer Non L.E.D. Warranty

Jetco Heavy Duty Lighting ("Jetco") extends a limited warranty to the original purchaser only, for one year from the date of sale by Jetco, that the within Jetco product is free from defects in workmanship and/or materials under normal use and service. If the product fails due to such defect, Jetco shall, at its option, repair or replace the product without charge upon return of the defective product to Jetco, provided any defect in product is brought to the attention of Jetco within the warranty period. Jetco is not responsible for any other damage, consequential or otherwise.

The above limited warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, misuse, severe use or alteration of the product or if the product is not installed, operated and maintained properly, and does not apply to Sealed beams, Halogen bulbs, or Miniature lamps. Accordingly, electrical connections must be maintained and cleaned on a regular basis to prevent corrosion of wiring and metal connections.
