These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Jetco Heavy Duty Lighting (a division of Auto-Spares Canada Inc.) (“Jetco”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) website located at www.jetcolighting.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

This Site is owned and operated by Jetco Heavy Duty Lighting (a division of Auto-Spares Canada Ltd.) and provides information about our products and services, as well as ecommerce functionality for purchasing our products.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, product images, videos, documents, downloads, software, and other materials, is the property of Jetco Heavy Duty Lighting or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.
You may view, download, or print content for your personal or internal business use only. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products, modify product specifications, or limit quantities without prior notice.

While we strive to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images are accurate, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. Orders are accepted only when they are shipped or otherwise confirmed by Jetco Heavy Duty Lighting.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other circumstances beyond our control. If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, a full credit will be issued.

Product specifications, dimensions, and images are provided for informational purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.

Pricing & Payment

Prices displayed on the Site are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless otherwise indicated, and are subject to change without notice.

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout. Payment authorization must be successfully completed before an order is processed.

If we reasonably believe a payment transaction is fraudulent or unauthorized, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Shipping & Delivery

You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase. When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods may be shipped through one of the following methods:

• Courier using the customer’s shipping account;

• Courier selected by Jetco Heavy Duty Lighting at the applicable shipping rate; or

• Pick up from the Edmonton warehouse.

Estimated shipping times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Shipping times exclude weekends and statutory holidays and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. For more information, contact your local customs office before making a purchase. Jetco Heavy Duty Lighting is not responsible for the payment of any such duties or taxes and is not liable for any failure by the customer to pay them.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Jetco Heavy Duty Lighting is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Jetco Heavy Duty Lighting is not responsible for delays in or failure to fulfill orders resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, labour disputes, carrier delays, government actions, supply chain disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Warranties

Product warranties are governed by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty or any warranty expressly provided by Jetco Heavy Duty Lighting.

Privacy

Website Availability
